Key Highlights of the Culinary Adventure

Brett was our server and did a great job. Very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food just wasn’t good. My wife had the meatloaf, and we ended up sending it back. The manager was super respectful about it, and we decided not to have it remade. I had the mac and cheese with shrimp, and that also didn’t taste great. Service was solid, but the food missed the mark.

My server Fabio was chillin 😎 the food was great. The workers look nice with their outfits. You do wait a while for your food to come but you what you asked for. I got the tour burger. I liked the addition of the egg inside.

Great selection of milkshakes some with a cupcake or even brownie on top. Burgers were sloppy and awesome as well. They have chocolate covered bacon. They had a really good chocolate old fashioned for those who indulge in cocktails. Great service. Very friendly and welcoming. Waiter Glen, most definitely, rocks. Definitely a place to check out with family, friends or solo. They also have an upstairs area that's only available on the weekends. Reservations recommended.

The food was great, but the service was slow.
I was there during a slow time and our waiter had 3 tables. He still didn't check in very often or even look over to see if we needed anything. However, the food was really good! The burger with brie and egg was fantastic! The totchoes were a good start to the meal too!
There are some strange things on the menu like chocolate covered pickles, but you will never know if you don't try!

Dining at this restaurant was not a good experience. I ordered the cookies and cream shake, and other than the actual chocolate chip cookie on top, it wasn't good. The only Oreo was some crumbs around the lip of the jar and on top of the … More

Upon entering the establishment it was quite empty with less than seven visable tables being occupied. I want to say the atmosphere is intentionally supposed to be lively yet it was quite the opposite- like walking into an empty carnival. I suppose a Monday afternoon isn't much busy anywhere. We were told there were only two servers. With plenty of tables available and no sitting area to wait we were pointed outside to wait. Initially, it was not welcoming. The young black host, Zalante, had an attitude. I'm sure we weren't the reason for his mood, but it was clear that he was in one. He said the table would be 4-7 minute wait. Again the establishment was practically empty. After 10 minutes I kindly asked how much longer it might be and he said, "Do you want to talk to the manager?! I don't like how you're treating me." To which I replied, "No, that's fine. I'm simply asking how much longer the wait will be (as we had been waiting for about ten minutes with him claiming it had only been four minutes. I really wasn't looking to argue. Simply curious about the wait as I was second guessing if I should just go to Buca's instead. Shortly after, Z left and the manager came out. As a manager I would back my employees and it was clearly visible they were backing their host as they said if we were only getting desserts we could pick up our food at the counter and sit on this side (toward my left in chairs that were clearly not as nice as the ones to the right.) I hadn't decided if I wanted a dessert or appetizer since I had not seen the menu because we were not yet seated. Some of our party wanted dessert and I wasn't decided (who would be without viewing a menu first?). Nonetheless, ervice was not great initially with Z and the manager. When our server arrived m, she was friendly and everything I had initially anticipated when coming here. Upon ordering we quickly received our apps, drinks, and desserts. The bartender is gifted. They made a delicious cocoa-nut margarita. It's had a perfect flavor balance and it was beautiful. Overall our server, Madeline, was friendly, kind, and patient. If the host was half as friendly as her, it could've made all the difference in the experience. The apps were ok and very different than the offerings at the orlando location. Whether I would return is questionable. I honestly don't know if I'd return or recommend this place. It certainly has room for improvement that could happen with training or new hiring. It'd be a shame for this promising establishment not to stay in business, but who really wants to be treated like this when choosing to drop over a hundred for a few drinks, two apps, and a dessert- not even full meals. I forgot to take photos of the apps as those were quickly devoured.

Disappointed in the drinks. My chocolate expresso Martini was like a little over half full. No chocolate shavings. Waitress was sweet. Sad they didnt have the little store they used to. I felt like the Orlando restaurant was waaaay better than this one. More

So it was a very short wait time, which was great. However, i decided to seat at the bar. I was given a menu and less than five minutes later the bartender asked me. How could he help me? What did I wanna order? I told him to give me a few more minutes cause I had just sat down. Two minutes later, another bartender comes and asked me what do I want to order so I feel like I was rushed into making a decision for my drink and my food which made me uncomfortable. The food was OK. It wasn’t nothing to brag about. But I did like the aesthetics of the place. I got a twisted candy sweet-and-sour alcoholic beverage, and it was too sweet. However, I did like the combinations inside of the drink. So I feel like they need to slow down and stop trying to force customers to hurry up and purchase food because it takes away from the experience. Will I be coming back probably not.

Had a great time overall. Main complaint is I ordered a banana Foster bread pudding which was delicious but was missing the fresh bananas. The waitress did let me know when she brought it out but I wish she would've offered a discount since it really did need the bananas on it. I ordered two of the mocktails and they were not it, so I guess I basically bought the cup for $9 each. I got the Penelope one and the strawberry something one. The food was good. My husband had the steak and it was really good only bad part was it came with brussel sprouts and mushrooms and some of the Brussels were bitter tasting and others were not so that really ruined the taste in your mouth. My older sons both had the western burger and both said it was good but would rather have a burger at red robin for half the price. The kids had a burger and the other had chicken strips both said it was good. We also tried the chocolate almond bread, it was delicious! The onion rings with chocolate aioli was delicious! And we tried the confetti milkshake. It was good and not overly sweet just the perfect amount of sweet. Had a confetti cupcake sitting on top! We went on mothers day and it was not packed at all. The service was pretty fast and our server Roxy did recommend items to us but I just wish she would've offered a small discount. Also wish I would've pointed out the bitter brussels. The total was so much I couldn't breathe after I seen the check! Lol I guess we had the experience and probably won't go again.

We had a beautiful time here. Everything was clean, it was not overly loud like a lot of places in LA, the food was amazing, the shake was pure magic and the best part was our waiter Demetri. I truly cant explain how excellent the service he provided was. Thank you for making our night end on such a fun and pleasant note 😊

A nice spacious sit down restaurant to take a break from the park. It’s quite a bit of a walk but it’s worth it. Better food and better price than options inside the park. Food menu is bold but delicious. The sliders and milk shake is my favorite. Little too salty on the wings but otherwise a decent selection at a theme park
